DISTANCES
Age 10 and under participants.
Swim: 100 meters
Bike: 2 miles
Run: 1/2 mile
Age 11 and older participants..
Swim: 200 meters
Bike: 4 miles
Run: 1 mile
COURSE
The swim will be in the Twin Hickory Community Pool. The bike course will be in the neighborhoods close to the pool.
The run will be on the jogging path in Twin Hickory. Please review the maps below to ensure a safe race.

THE RULES
No drafting is allowed on the bike. Helmets must be worn at all times on the bike and must be ANSI and/or Snell approved. No interfering with other competitors.
This is an individual event - no team entries will be accepted.
